Wild West

True Wild West saloons didn’t mess around with “mixers” and “garnishes.” You drank straight up whiskey and were happy to have it. However, tastes change and most guests will want something a little less hard core. Here are a few Western themed cocktails sure to please your modern cowboys.

Lynchburg Lemonade

1 ounce Jack Daniel’s Whiskey
1 ounce triple sec
1 ounce sour mix
Lemon-Lime soda (approx. 4 ounces)

Pour the whiskey, triple sec, and sour mix into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with soda. Stir well.

Texas Tea

½ ounce tequila
½ ounce rum
½ ounce vodka
½ ounce triple sec
1 ounce sweet and sour mix
Lemon wedge for garnish

Pour the spirits and sour mix into a Collins glass with ice and stir well. Top the glass with cola. Garnish with the lemon wedge.

Snakebite Shooter

2 ounces Whiskey
½ ounces Lime Juice

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a shot glass.
